%X Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) is acommon inherited muscular dystrophy presented clinicallywith slowly progressive weakness and wasting of facial andlimb muscles and rare bulbar muscle involvement. Wepresent herein a 70-year-old man who was a known case ofFSHD with complaint of 15-day history of progressivedifficulty in chewing and dysarthria and was found to havemyasthenia gravis. Related literatures have been alsoreviewed.
