%X Medulloblastoma is one of the most common primarytumors of the central nervous system of children but it isuncommon in adult age. We report a case of young malepresented with a history of generalized headache that wasfound to have medulloblastoma with diffuseleptomeningeal involvement without prominent masslesion. To our knowledge, our patient is the second reportedcase of medulloblastoma in adults identified with primaryleptomeningeal involvement without a prominent masslesion. The clinical, radiological and pathologic features ofthis entity are described.
