We report a case of young malepresented with a history of generalized headache that wasfound to have medulloblastoma with diffuseleptomeningeal involvement without prominent masslesion. To our knowledge, our patient is the second reportedcase of medulloblastoma in adults identified with primaryleptomeningeal involvement without a prominent masslesion.
