%X Fabric-covered cylinders are convenient analogs forclothing systems. The geometry is well defined andincludes many of the effects that are important ingarments. Fabric-covered cylinder models are usedin conjunction with laboratory measurements ofmaterial properties to calculate heat and mass transferproperties of clothing under specific conditions ofenvironmental wind speed, temperature, and relativehumidity.
