%X This paper intends to analyze the concept of ”°Time”± that marks the history of Western Metaphysics from the ”°archaic ontology”± to Kostas Axelos, a Greek contemporary philosopher.Following an inner analysis of Western Metaphysics, Axelos comes to a ”°glossy”± sense of Being. A ”°glossy”± sense, based on which man must plunge into the ”°becoming river”± and give up any aspirations to civil and political change.
