%X Occupational Health Psychology (OHP) in Romania is now emerging, in the practitioner¡¯s and educational field. The risk management paradigm provides a framework for this paper. The analysis focus is on presenting the perception of current national approach related to stressors and processes that threat employee¡¯s and organizational health. Further, we compare the employees¡¯ and managers¡¯ perspective on OHP issues looking, in Romania and other European countries. Finally we conclude and address OHP challenges and opportunities in Romania.
