The active components, bensulfuron methyl (Londax) and metolachlor (Dual), in 15.5% Caoyiguang wettable powder were determined by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method simultaneously. The ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm i.d. x 250 mm, 5 microns) and acidic mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase were used. The results showed that the recoveries were 98.1%-102.6%, and the coefficients of variation were 0.4%-0.8%.
