Two different approaches of separation: indirect resolution (chiral derivatization reagent method) and direct resolution (chiral mobile phase additive and chiral stationary phase), focusing on several chiral stationary phases--Pirkle type, cyclodextrin, cellulose, ligand exchange and other chiral stationary phases are presented.
