%X A method for the separation and analysis of the chiral pseudoephedrine enantiomers using capillary electrophoresis was established. The buffer solution for separation was 25 mmol/L Tris-phosphate, including 38 mmol/L hydropropyl-beta-cyclodextrin with pH value of 2.65. (1S, 2S)(+) Pseudoephedrine in Bufferin Cold tablet was determined. The method has good precision, recovery and linear relationship.
