Multi-column switching and selectivity tuning of serially connected columns are not a desirable waydue to complicated operation an instrumentation. Therefore,an intelligent method of multi-column systemhas been developed. This paper presents some principles and optimization methods of multi-coluun systemselectivity for different cases of sample composition.
