%X Tea glycoprotein (TGC) was extracted from coarse tea leaves produced in Jiangxi Province. The separation and purification were carried out by using gel chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography . Furthermore, relative molecular mass (M_r) of TGC was determined by gel chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS), respectively. It is 51 500.
