%X An HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Niphensamide in pesticide powder was developed. Column:Micropak-CH 5 microns (300 mm x 4.0 mm i.d.), mobile phase: CH3OH-H2O(1:1), detector: UV 254 nm, flow rate: 0.7 mL/min, column temperature: 25 degrees C. Under the above conditions, Niphensamide and other components were separated from each other. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
