%X ptically active poly(triphenylmethyl inethacrylate)(PTrMA)was coated on macroporous silicaspheres silanized with dichlorodiphenylsilane. The resulting stationary phase of high performance liquid chro-matography was used for the resolution of 1 5 kinds of racemic PTH(3-phenyl-2-thiohydantoin) derivatizedamino acids and pharmaceutical comoounds.
