%X new instrumental set-up combining capillary electrophoresis separation and charge-coupled device mul-tiwavelength fluorescence detection is described.The performance of the set-up was evaluated with fluores-cein and rhodamine B. A three-dimensional electrophorogram that showed the spectra and time resolutionwas obtained,on which the separated species could be identified and determined in comparing with their stan-dard fluorescence spectra.
