%X he chromatographic properties of ammonium acetate in HPLC mobile phase for ginsenosides assay havebeen studied, and six ginsenosides(R_(g2),T_(b1),R_c,R_d,R_(g1),R_e)were separated by the method using a column ofoctadecylsilyl chemically modified porous glass(MPG-ODS)within 15 minutes and eluted with acetonitrile-waterammonium acetate with UV detector at 204nm.The ammonium acetate in this eluant improved the separatingdegree of ginsenosides in crude drugs.This method is simple,rapid and accurate,It can be used for assaying ginseng raw materials and ginsengpreparatlons et al.
