焦旭雯 %A 赵树进 %J 热带亚热带植物学报 %D 2006 %I %X Flow cytometry (FCM) is a current technique for sorting certain cell subset from various cellular associations based on differences in cell's physical and chemical properties, by which the selected cell subset could be further studied in function and morphology. The advantages of this technique include rapidity, sensitivity and synchronization of multi-parameter detection.
