王建新 %A 龚 皓 %A 陈建二 %J 软件学报 %D 2008 %I %X This paper presents a Cooperant Congestion Control Protocol (C3P) that uses 1 bit routers' explicit feedback predicted information and delay signals to adjust the congestion windows appropriately. Simulation results show that C3P can efficiently improve the bandwidth utilization, TCP (transmission control protocol)-friendliness, RTT (round trip time) fairness and reduce the packet drop rate in High Bandwidth-Delay Product Networks. %K TCP %K congestion control %K high bandwidth-delay product networks
