%X ultiple objectives programming is used in the study of the structure of land utilization and the productive potentialities of the land in Sancha watershed, Xiji County, Ningxia Hut Autonomous Region.The optimum result shows that after achieving present parameter model, the per capita net income will be increased from 193.36 yuan to 515.18 yuan and 42,367 tons of soil loss compared with now will be decreased,and an investment of 75,900 yuan will be needed;after achieving the potential model,the per capita net income will be increased to 836.93 yuan, and an investment of 81,900 yuan will be needed.The economic benefit and ecological benefit will be very notable.
