%X What's the difference between knowledge resources and natural resources is that the former have both practical value and the values. The practical value of knowledge resources possesses popularity, duality of exhaustiveness and non exhaustiveness, and expansivity. The exchangeable value of knowledge resources has non equal valuableness, duality of non stability and stability, and expansibility. The practical value of knowledge resources appears progressive increase while the exchangeable value of knowledge resources appears arithmetic increase in alternation with geometric increase. Therefore, the mathematic expression of the values of knowledge resources is y = kx n .
