%X Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics and major issues of the central experimental district of eco-economic gullies established in poverty-stricken areas of eastern Yanshan mountains,a project involvement by the authors,the study raises guiding principles concerning construction of eco-economic gullies and gives a general review of the principal undertaken research work.
