DNA/DNA dot hybridization and GUS histochendcal assay revealed that the foreign GUS gene from Agrobacterium tumefaciens LBA4404 had been integrated into genome of Antirrhinum mains and expressed in the cells. %K Agrobacterium tumefaciens %K Antirrhinum majus %K Gene transformation %K GUS gene
