%X his paper introduces variety resources of Fagopyrum in China, reports analytical results of Fagopyrum nutrient components, including amino acids, vitamines and trace elements. It also discusses physiological functions and medical value of Fagopyrum. The author gives a general review of the latest progress in studies of Fagopyrum and its exploitation in China.
