%X outhern China is abundant in bamboo shoot resources. The exploitation of the resources superiority is economically high efficiency thanks to the excellent conditions and less investment needed. As bamboo shoot resources of the Tianmu Mountains hold an essential position in bamboo resources of southern China,scale exploitaition of the shoot resources is feasible in the area because of their concentration in distribution, clear superiority, bore shoot species and tile best in quality. However, the current economic efficiency in resources exploitation is not high and the quality of products is poor because of serious waste in exploitation and low utilization rate. To speed up study on bamboo shoot resources exploitation, develop new shoot products and improve bamboo shoot utilization value are awaiting to be coped with urgently for the time being.
