%X Based on analyzing the importance of building geomagnetic field model, principle of construction of geomagnetic field model with Legendre polynomial is studied firstly. We give a kind of trend surface filleting method for elinateing abnormal geomagnetic data, and a method for determination of final order of geomagnetic field model in the paper. Besides, we also study the influence of character and density of data for final order of model and model accuracy. Finally, we present a method, named subsection building model, which was tested by an experiment and show that has higher accuracy than building mode in whole area.
