%X The turbulence consists of many different scale vortexes Generally, there are the Kolmogorov's two-thirds law of second order structure function and the K -5/3 law of energy spectrum in the inertial range It is shown that the autocorrelation power function of global turbulence is composed of all local exponent autocorrelation of different scale Brown motion The interaction between different scale and the variance of turbulent coefficient with scale are explained It also shows the difference of the turbulent coefficient for different atmospheric stratification
