In electrical exploration, inductance of load, which influences turn-off time of inverter, is large sometimes. If this point is not considered, short-circuit and device damage will happen under serious conditions. So, in geophysical exploration, the idea of using high speed opto-couplers to improve transmitting frequency in some fields of frequency conversion is not appropriate. Based on the analysis of some commonly used peripheral driver circuits, combining the particularity of electrical exploration, a new method is proposed.
