%X Using the closed chamber technique, the in situ measurements of N 2 O and CH 4 fluxes from temperate typical nature grassland soil-plant system was firstly conducted in the Inner Mongolia The effect of soil moisture and temperature was studied in the lab The results showed a great effect of soil moisture and temperature on N 2 O and CH 4 fluxes from grassland ecosystem To some extent, the increasing of soil moisture and temperature will improve N 2 O emission In the meantime, with the increasing of soil moisture, CH 4 consumption will be improved, but there is no significant relationship between temperature increasing and CH 4 absorbing
