%T Relation between Land Violation and Economic Structure Change based on Correlation Analysis<br>基于相关性分析的土地违法结构与经济结构变化关系探讨

%X The research on the relation between land violation structure and economy structure is an important issue to ensure the legal utilization of land and the healthy development of economy. It is beneficial to know both the logic relation between them and the influence land exerts on economic development. We should be aware that the development of society and economy comes at a cost of land and the importance of regular land use. Employing the canonical multiple correlation analysis and the Pearson correlation analysis, we analyzed the changes between land violation structure and economic structure and the relations between them from 1999 to 2004 in China. The results show that: 1) the changes of land violation structure and economic structure are correlative; 2) proportion of primary industry is the negatively correlated to the proportion of other illegal land; 3) proportion of the production value of building industry is in direct ratio with the proportion of destroyed cultivated land, and has an obvious positive correlation with the proportion of other illegal land while it is in reverse ratio with the proportion of unauthorized land occupation; 4) the rate of investment in the fixed assets and the rate of illegal acts of grant are negatively correlated. The above conclusions reveal that there is a certain correlation between the changes of land violation structure and economic structure from 1999 to 2004 in China. The change of economic structure exerts a certain influence on land violation structure in China. Since it is closely related to the development of society and economy, the change of land violation structure would also affect the development of society and economy. In a word, according to the correlation between the changes of land violation structure and economy structure, we should pay close attention to the structure change of land violation, formulate a long-term development strategy and take diversified measures to reduce total amount of land violation, and establish reasonable leading regulation and controlling measures for certain periods.
