No matter how the relationship between cloud cover and other variables is,the discrete or continuous type,the conclusion is the same,that is,the simulated cloud cover will be systematically less than the actual value if their relationship is described by the convex function,and the simulated cloud cover will be systematically more than the actual value if their relationship is described by the concave function.
