%X In recent years, interpretation of complex reservoir with low porosity, low permeability and low saturation is one of the focuses of oil and gas exploration. The conventional reservoir evaluation faces the challenge. Based on the research of the theories of conventional logging respond to the special reservoir,the disadvantage of the logging interpretation for the reservoir evaluation method is reviewed in this paper. According to the advancement of the research, the new idea of the special reservoir evaluation is discussed.
