%X The Seismic Information System is a important system for earthquake's monitoring,disaster mitigation and emergency aid.The technology of seismic information has begen from tesk of national defence.The telemetry of seismic signal is based on the seismic information system.The 21st is age of information,As the same seismic information system has been made big progress.The seismic station has been connected Internet,The seismograph has been made with TCP/IP protocol,so called Syber-infrastructure is became base system for earthquake research,So that the manner of earthquake research is changing,also conception of the people is accelerated changing to make innovation of earthquake research.
