%X The single-layer lattice dome geometry model is established by using beam elements in the FE software MSC. Patran. The dome is analyzed for three different sections and different number of constraints. According the results, the sensitivity of the dimension of the section to the stress and deformation is calculated, the static characteristics of the dome and its influence factors are obtained.
