%X The air static pressure thrust bearing with variable-section pressure equalizing groove is a new structure bearing.A method of computation was established for this new structure bearing.The Reynolds equation of air static pressure thrust bearing and elastic membrane deformed governing were coupled and computed to achieve each characteristic parameter of the bearing by the finite difference computation.The results of computation were in good agreement with experimental study.According to the results of the s...
