%X MoS2-Zr composite coatings were deposited on YT15 cemented carbide substrates by a hybrid method,which is called medium-frequency magnetron sputtering coupled with arc ion plating techniques.The thickness,micro-hardness,adhesion strength between substrate-coating of the composite coatings were studied.The morphology,composition and structure of the MoS2-Zr coatings were investigated by SEM,EDX and XRD,and the friction and wear properties were determined on a pin-on-disc tribo-tester.The results indicated th...
