%X 利用加弧辉光离子无氢渗碳技术对Ti6Al4V合金表面进行渗碳处理;用球-盘摩擦磨损试验机考察了渗碳改性层的摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:Ti6Al4V合金表面经离子无氢渗碳处理后形成的表面改性层均匀;改性层的显微硬度同Ti6Al4V合金相比大幅提高,达到936HV;渗碳后的试样在干摩擦滑动距离较小的情况下表现出良好的减摩作用,耐磨性能也显著增强.
