%X In this paper, we respectively design a preconditioner and iterative method for a second family of N\'{e}d\'{e}lec edge finite element equations of electromagnetic problem, this is done by a new stable decomposition of N\'{e}d\'{e}lec's second type finite elements space. By strict theoretical analysis, we prove that both the condition numbers of preconditioner and the convergent rate of iterative method are independent of mesh size. Numerical experiment confirm the theoretical results.
