韩志武 %A 任露泉 %A 刘祖斌 %J 摩擦学学报 %D 2004 %I %X Laser texturing technique was employed to prepare 4 kinds of bionic non-smooth morphological patterns on roll model specimens. The metallographic structures of the laser-textured surfaces were observed on a TV-photograph microscope and an optical microscope. The friction and wear behaviors of the laser-textured surfaces were investigated on an MM-200 test rig, using the untreated specimen of a smooth surface as a control. It was found that superfine and hard metallurgical structures were generated on the modified surfaces after laser texturing, which contributed to significantly increase the wear-resistance. At the same time, the bionic non-smooth morphological patterns also contributed to greatly increase the wear-resistance, and the laser-textured surface with squama non-smooth pattern had the best wear-resistance. %K bionics %K laser texturing %K nonsmooth surface %K anti-wear ability
