%X In this paper, we discuss the property of mean-value operator, and construct aclass of functions in approximating delta funtion. Furthermore, we construct a class ofapline smoothing interpolation formula of cardinal type and a class of spline ordinaryinterpolation formula of cardinal type with better characteristic properties.
