%X Sandstorm has a great influence on the security and durability of infrastructure by eroding. Based on analysis of the sandstorm-environment, the sediment-air injection method was used to measure erosion-resistance of steel-structure coating, The results showed that the erosion-wear rate of the coating increased with increasing erosion-wear speed and duration. Erosion mechanism was that the coating was damaged by micro-cutting at low erosion angle, and also degraded by the impact of squeeze deformation at high erosion angle. Because of its low strength and high toughness, erosion-wear of the coating at low erosion angle was more severe than that at high erosion angle.
