%X A kind of entropy enforcement for TVD schemes is introduced in this paper. It is proven that the TVD schemes based on this entropy enforcement satisfy the entropy condition, i.e., the numerical solutions can converge to the unique physical solution of conservation laws as the mesh size tends to zero.
