%X Three dimensional quantitative simulations on the formation and evolution of aeolian sand ripples and sand dunes are presented.The simulations successfully replayed the self-reparation behavior of sand ripples and the collision behavior of sand dunes.The simulation results revealed the dominant physical laws governing the self-reparation behavior of sand ripples and Y-junctions,and the phenomena that two aeolian barchan dunes collide with each other in a manner similar to solitons or solitary waves.The resu...
