%X A Fe-based cored wire was used to deposit coatings containing Fe-based amorphous phase on the Q235 steel substrate by arc spraying.The microstructure of the coating was investigated by optical microscopy.Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis were used to study the phase composition in the coating.The coating contains Fe-based amorphous phase,the fraction of amorphous phase was calculated by fitting Pseudo-Voigt function to diffraction peak of XRD.The coating has homogenous laminated mi...
