%X In this paper we concerned with the global optimization problems with ine-quality constraints. The relationship between the set of global extreme points with constraintsand the set of sequential unconstrained global extreme points with penalty are discussed, wepointed out that the later is a subset of the former and gave the conditions for which bothare equal. Moreover, we suggested a nonsquential unconstrained method for searching globalextreme points with constraints This method had got applications in practice.
