郭芳 %A 张招柱 %A 苏峰华 %A 王坤 %A 姜葳 %J 摩擦学学报 %D 2007 %I %X Friction and wear behaviors of Polyfluo-150 wax(PFW)and MoS2 modified Kevlar fabric composites were studied by using a Xuanwu-III high temperature friction and wear tester,and then the worn surfaces and the transfer films formed on the surfaces of the counterpart pin were analyzed by using a JSM-5600LV scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It was found that the friction-reducing and anti-wear properties of Kevlar fabric composites can be greatly improved by filling PFW or MoS2,but the friction-reducing and antiwear properties of PFW filled Kevlar fabric composite are much better than those of the MoS2 filled Kevlar fabric composite.When the content of PFW in Kevlar fabric composite is 20%,the Kevlar fabric composites can obtain the best friction-reducing and anti-wear properties. %K Kevlar fabric composites %K filled with MoS2 and PFW %K friction and wear behavior
