1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在滑移区的微动磨损行为 %A 徐向阳 %A 徐滨士 %J 摩擦学学报 %D 2002 %I %X 研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在滑移区的微动磨损行为,分析了其摩擦系数、磨损体积损失以及磨损表面和截面形貌,探讨了其微动磨损机理.结果表明,1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的微动磨损分为开始、过渡和稳定3个阶段.开始阶段以粘着磨损为主,稳定阶段以表层破碎剥落为主.1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢磨屑的形成机制取决于表层形成摩擦学白层和加工硬化的速率同亚表层疲劳裂纹扩展速率的竞争,重载条件下,前者占据主导地位. %K stainless steel %K fretting wear %K wear mechanism %K tribological white layer %K work hardening
