WSi_2/MoSi_2复合材料的摩擦磨损特性 %A ZHANG Hou an %A LIU Xin yu %A CHEN Ping %A TANG Guo ning %A
张厚安 %A 刘心宇 %A 陈平 %A 唐果宁 %J 摩擦学学报 %D 2002 %I %X The friction and wear properties of WSi 2/MoSi 2 composites in dry sliding against AISI 1045 steel were investigated with an MM 200 friction and wear tester. The worn surfaces were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, X ray diffraction and electron probe microanalysis. Results showed that WSi 2/MoSi 2 composite had more steady friction and wear behavior than MoSi 2 at a load above 80 N. Especially, they showed better friction and wear behavior than MoSi 2 in a load range of 85 135 N. This was mainly attributed to the different microstructures and wear mechanisms of the two kinds of materials. WSi 2/MoSi 2 composite was dominated by brittle fracture and adhesion in sliding against the steel. %K WSi %K 2/MoSi %K 2 composite %K friction and wear behavior %K wear mechanism
