%X This paper reveals the distribution of elements Mo and S, the micrograph and the structure of MoS2-behenic acid (BA) LB films by SEM and XRD, based on the studies of effects of load and sliding speed on the frictional properties. The results have shown that the friction coefficient changes with the load and sliding speed, but in different mode. The particles of MoS2are well-distributed and have a preferential orientation along with (002) crystal surface by electronic probe analysis.
