%X A robust H-infinity control scheme is developed for a class of T-S fuzzy systems using the Delta operator. First, the sufficient conditions for robust stabilization is presented by using the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Then, a design method is proposed for the state feedback controller that guarantees the stability of the closed-loop system and satisfies the prescribed H-infinity performance for the tolerable variations of parameters. The results have unified the continuous-time and discrete-time fuzzy systems into the Delta operator framework. An illustrative example shows the feasibility of the proposed method.
