%X The stabilization is studied for a class of nonlinear discrete-time systems with communication constraint. A sufficient condition for the stabilization is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities. A stabilizing coder-decodercontroller is then developed and the requirement for the channel capacity is also derived. In addition, a corollary of the system observability is deduced for zero input. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the efficiency and feasibility of the proposed approach.
