%X A new design approach of delay-dependent robust stabilizing control for a class of uncertain time-delay systems with time-delay in both state and control variables is provided.A new linear state transformation is first proposed to separate the delay-dependent factors out.The sufficient condition of delay-dependent robust stabilizability is then derived by the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional method.The results are given in terms of LMI.Numerical examples are presented to show that the proposed results can be less conservative and can be used to deal with small or large delay problems.
