%X The problem of H-infinity suboptimal control for a class of singular systems with time-delay is addressed in this paper. Under some conditions, a singular system with time-delay can be transformed into a system that consists of a differential equation and an algebraic equation. By using LMI approach, a memory-less controller is designed to solve the H-infinity suboptimal control problem for this class of systems.
